Hot forged spear heads from mild steel, grinding and coining is done after forgings so as to achieve good looks.
Basically these are used on top of gates and boundary wall. It gives both security and good looks.
Rust preventive oil is imposed on them so as to prevent rust and than packed in Plastic bags 25 Kgs Each.
We have more than 60 designs in spear heads their weight ranges from 80 gms to 200 gms depending upon the design of the part.

We go for pre forging testing of steel so as to ensure quality of forged parts.
Along with the forging we have complete facility for turning and hardening of the component if required by the client. Moreover we could do forging as per special design and requirement of client.
